Hasanah Foundation, established in 2025 under the leadership of Shaikh Mizanur Rahman Azhari, begins its journey with the vision of transforming the traditional Islamic education system. Shaikh Azhari, who serves as the foundation’s chairman, directly oversees its operations. Registered with the Joint Stock Companies under the registration number S-14196/2025, Hasanah Foundation is also deeply committed to serving humanity through its various initiatives.

The registered office of the Foundation is situated at House Holding No. 4/2, Al-Amin
Road, Paradogar, Ward No. 65, Demra, Dhaka 1362, Bangladesh.

Operational Area: Programs will be implemented across Bangladesh and internationally, subject to prior approval from relevant government authorities.

Objectives and Purposes: Hasanah Foundation is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political organization focused on human rights, Islamic education, and broader developmental initiatives. Its core mission includes:

  • Sustaining and promoting social, cultural, and educational programs.

  • Establishing and managing institutions to provide education in Islamic studies, science, arts, commerce, technical, and vocational fields, ensuring a unified and disciplined approach to achieve its foundational goals.

  • Enhancing people’s capacity and creativity through participatory management, practical training, and skill development in areas such as information technology.

  • Providing human resource development programs, including entrepreneurship training and skill-building initiatives for marginalized communities.

Additional Activities:

  • Acquiring, leasing, or developing properties and utilizing them for organizational objectives.

  • Establishing institutions, medical centers, and facilities for commercial or residential purposes to generate funds for charitable projects.

  • Recruiting and appointing personnel, consultants, and experts to manage programs and ensuring flexibility in employment as needed.

Fund Management: The foundation’s funds will strictly support its objectives. No income will be distributed to members as dividends or bonuses. However, resources can be utilized for operational needs, expert services, and management improvements.

Audit and Accountability: The Executive Committee will ensure the foundation’s accounts are audited by an authorized audit firm. The audit report will be reviewed and approved in the Annual General Meeting.
